Innovation and creativity

The odd thing is none of us ever had a problem with innovation and creativity when we were younger. Give any group of children a pile of plasticine, some mud, tubes of paint or buckets of lego and you will see amazing expressions of creativity and innovation. Unfortunately some time after we left school these skills were bashed out of us by the sensible grown-up world. The good news is that you can reconnect with these skills and the even better news is that innovation and creativity is probably your key success factor and costs almost nothing. Anyone can become more creative and innovative and you don’t even need plasticine, mud, paint, lego or large amounts of toffee-flavoured vodka (although they might all help).
